About DocNote

DocNote builds an AI tool that turns medical dictation into structured, ready-to-use clinical reports. Founded by a practicing physician, we tackle a concrete problem: doctors spend too much time on admin and not enough on care. Incubated at FONGIT in Geneva, DocNote already works with hospital and ambulatory clients in Switzerland and France, including AP-HP and several Swiss hospital groups.

Role context

Alongside our institutional approach, we are building direct acquisition for independent physicians and small practices: shorter decision cycles and self-serve signup. We are looking for an intern to build and test this individual acquisition engine.

Responsibilities

  • Build a self-serve onboarding funnel (landing page, free trial) so an independent physician can sign up without a classic sales process
  • Segment and target a contact base of private-practice physicians, distinct from our institutional base, and adapt outreach messaging accordingly
  • Run cold-email campaigns via Reply.io on this segment, with systematic A/B testing of messages and subject lines
  • Identify and activate relevant community channels (professional groups, medical forums, associations) for low-cost signups
  • Improve the physician referral system
  • Set up retargeting for incomplete signups (follow-up email)
  • Build a Looker Studio dashboard covering the full funnel: contact → signup → activation → paid conversion, by channel
  • Document and compare every test to identify the highest-ROI channels and messages to scale

Who we’re looking for

  • Background in marketing, communications, or business school
  • Fluent with AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude for writing and ideation; automation tools like Reply.io or Zapier)
  • Appetite for experimentation and data analysis (the role is built around A/B tests and measurement, not one-shot content)
  • Interest in health, tech, or hybrid B2B/B2C environments
  • Rigor and autonomy
  • Strong written French required; English is a plus
