DocNote's GDPR and nFADP compliance confirmed

February 20, 2026

DocNote’s data management has been confirmed compliant with the requirements of the GDPR (European Union), the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) and the Vaud cantonal law on data protection (LPrD).

This confirmation follows an in-depth review of DocNote’s official documents by the Data Protection and Information Office of the Canton of Vaud, covering the data protection policy, information security, and data retention and deletion.

In the current context of integrating AI into healthcare, data protection is not an option — it is a prerequisite. At DocNote, regulatory compliance and data sovereignty are built into the architecture by design.

We thank the teams of the Canton of Vaud for their rigor and expertise.
