These details appear on the purchase order and on the invoice.
4. DocNote account login email
The address you will sign in to DocNote with. It repeats the one entered above: change it if the account is for someone else.
Secretary account login email
The address the secretary will sign in to DocNote with. We then link this account to the doctors they work for.
5. Signature
The signature is recorded with the server timestamp, your device and your IP address, and certified by the fingerprint of the document.
Signing charges nothing. Payment comes next.
Signed
Your purchase order is signed. A copy has just been emailed to you, with its signature certificate.
